Reepham Festival

I’m proud to be the founder and former director of the Reepham Festival, an acclaimed annual music event staged in East Anglia.  I have recently retired from organising duties and become an unofficial advisor.

We began the festival back in 2007 with the aim of giving our community a family-friendly weekend of music and fun. As a grassroots initiative, it was important to us that it was a non-profit event and we help charities with the proceeds of our ticket sales. Every year the festival has grown and we've sold out virtually every year.

Internationally acclaimed bands who have performed for us in previous years include Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash, Toploader, The Selecter, The Beat, Roachford, Bad Manners, Dr. Feelgood and Big Country, as well as great international, national and local talent including Walkway, Bad Touch and Morganway.

It’s wonderful to see these acts perform and to hear their feedback about what a great crowd the Reepham Festival attracts.

The Reepham Festival brings trade and culture to the town, and it’s amazing to see so many people from all over the country arriving to enjoy our hospitality. We always endeavour to keep the prices low so that it’s affordable for all, and we encourage families to join us at Rookery Meadow and St Mary's Church on the Saturday of the festival, and Whitwell & Reepham Station on Sunday.
